Training model in debug mode leads to PyCharm crash

Hi, I’m training my resnet18 using 1080Ti, PyCharm(debug mode), after running for about 2 hours, PyCharm stopped showing the training metrics, and shown some info like “Cannot find git path”, “Cannot save settings”, etc, and it closed all codes. Anyone knows why it happens?
