Using older version of pytorch and torchtext on colab

Hi,
I was trying use an older version of pytorch and torchtext,
but after installing them, when I try to import them, it shows the version is still the latest version not the older version that I just downloaded.

Does anyone have an idea for this?

Run the uninstall command a few times until pip and conda both complain that no package can be found.
