Hi there.
I have two questions about the PyTorch C++ API and its license.

Q1. What is the difference between “PyTorch C++ API” and “libtorch”?
(I just want to know that they are the same or not?)

Q2. Where is the LICENSE file for PyTorch C++API?
I found the PyTorch’s license at GitHub. Is the same license applied to PyTorch C++API?

Yes, I think they are referring to the same API.
I would think a single license is used for the entirety of the repository, but adding @jspisak to correct me or confirm it.
