I wonder if there is a meaning/significance of new Pytorch logo?? Any stories behind the design choice?? Who designed it??

If there’s no significance, it means it may just be ‘insignificant’.
i just found a website that tries (and successfully fails) to explain this logo:

Let me try to interpret what it says:

intepretation: the orange-red color gives a sense of stability, trust, technology, science, math, power, beauty, the skies, the oceans, the planets, the galaxies, the whole universe, Alpha, Omega and God. - In summary, it means anything you want (as long as it’s “his favorite orange-red color”), which, by logic, means nothing.
-”When people see the PyTorch logo, they IMMEDIATELY associate it with the: high-quality, innovative deep-learning framework”.
interpretation: when people see the pythorch logo, they IMMEDIATELY associate it with all those things. Then you ask WHY? and the answer is “BECAUSE HE THINKS SO”.
This logo is a joke.

the “color for trust” is blue/purple, not orange-red (as previously mentioned).
