Which compiler is used for the pre-built libtorch packages?

Dear all,

we use the pre-built binarys for Windows, given through the links from the pytorch homepage such as

• https://download.pytorch.org/libtorch/cu101/libtorch-win-shared-with-deps-1.4.0.zip

We are interested in which compiler was used to build these packages. Does anyone know which compiler was used?
